YSF @ UWS (Youth Science Forum)

The Youth Science Forum at the University of Western Sydney operates a similar program to that of the NYSF (National Youth Science Forum) and is designed to cater for students starting year 12 who are thinking about a career in science, engineering and technology.

During the program students undertake a number of activities including teambuilding, teamwork and leadership while being exposed to a range of scientific subjects including forensic science, climate change, chemistry, modern medicine, anatomical mysteries and the exciting world of nanomaterials.

This program is also an opportunity for students who have been unsuccessful in gaining admission to the NYSF program to participate in a program run along very similar lines.
