Rotarians need to raise funds to help those that need it most. One way we do this; is by holding BBQ’s. So, this Saturday, 3rd August, come down to Bunnings, in Narellan, and feed your hunger and at the same time help us to raise funds so that we may feed the hungry in our community or around the world. Funds raised from this BBQ will go towards Camden Rotary Club’s initiative to install a solar powered electric pump and water tank, so that villagers in remote town of Siem Reap, Cambodia, have access to clean fresh drinking water every day. Because we believe every human being should have access to the very necessities of life…. Clean, fresh drinking water. Currently the villagers must travel over half a mile every day to collect their drinking water. Many lives could also be saved by avoiding water borne diseases in children and adults such as cholera, dysentery, & diarrhea.
With your help, every dollar raised will go a along way to help those in need.
